Job Title: ICT Manager / Lecturer

Job Purpose: The incumbent will provide leadership in the formulation and implementation of PAC University ICT strategy and the development of information technology and telecommunication systems; management of ICT security and Coordination of E-learning.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Coordinate e-learning for the University and teach some ICT courses;
- Supervise all staff in the ICT Department;
- Develop and implement ICT objectives, strategies and operational plans in relation to PAC University strategic Plan;
- Develop service delivery strategies and design ICT solutions;
- Develop and Implement a service policy and develop appropriate performance indicators;
