Job Purpose: Oversee the maintenance of Student & Staff Housing, manage and market PAC University Guest houses in an efficient and profitable manner.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities:

• Develop and implement strategies which enables the university significantly grow its Guesthouses’ capacity;
• Develop principles and processes which guarantee customer satisfaction;
• Ensure that the university upholds principles and processes which guarantee customer satisfaction;
• Ensure Student and Staff houses and the Guesthouses are well maintained;
