Travel Consultant
Reports to: Travel Manager – Corporate
Purpose of the Post:
General objectives
To provide a professional and efficient service to clients through the determination of client requirement, knowledge of corporate profiles and advising clients on all aspects of travel arrangements
To support the preferred partners and to sell products which improve your revenue ration and contribute towards your revenue target.
Functional lines:
Functional lines:
- Functionally accountable to the Travel Manager - Corporate and Managing Director
- Closely collaborate with other Travel Consultants, Tour Consultants, Sales and Marketing Executives and Accounts’ Assistants to ensure customer/client satisfaction.
