Outsourced HR Solutions Company Accounts Clerk Job in Kenya (KShs 30K)

Our client is a growing business that offers outsourced HR solutions is looking to fill the position of an Accounts Clerk.

Key Responsibility:
  • Preparing invoices.
  • Preparation of suppliers’ statements and management accounts.
  • Costing of the end-product in relation to the current market demand.
  • Posting of journal entries and filing of accounts documents.
  • Ensuring compliance of standard procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Must have at least a CPA 1 or KATC.
  • Must have a minimum 2 years work experience in accounts payables & receivables.
  • Must have strong experience in the retail industry.
  • Must be conversant with Quick books or Sage/ Pastel Accounting packages.
