Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares finance policies and procedures and ensures that they conform to the internationally accepted best practices (IFRS) and are regularly updated
- Provides annual budget frame to functional heads, coordinates annual budgetary process, compiles functional feedback and prepares the institutions annual budget for CEOs review and approval.
- Conducts regular system and process reviews to ensure efficiency in the operations of the Finance Department.
- Oversees the strategy and implementation of Management Information System and related IT interventions to leverage on technology for continuous improvement.
