Duties / Responsibilities
- Responsible for setting and executing the overall business strategy for the Company
- Translating board and shareholder mandates to the business
- Ensures that the company meets its strategic goals and objectives
- Increasing revenues and profitability of the company
- Directing coordinating the company’s operations and overall administration so as to ensure the various organs of in company work in harmony with the policy documents
- Recruiting and developing the necessary human resources to achieve business strategy
- Developing the necessary processes and structures to enable strategy to be executed
- Interfacing between the board and management
- In charge of good public relations and Customer satisfaction
