Reports to: Head of Sales
Role Purpose: Cold calling, merchant follow up and answering queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads, set appointments and follow up on prospective merchants
- Share any relevant information needed by merchants
- Meet revenue targets
- Promptly respond to e-mails and telephone calls
- Up sell and cross sell of company products
- Market education
- Prepare daily progress reports
