Vacancy: Operations Manager    
 
Department: Food and Beverage

Main Duty: The OM will be responsible for operating the Hotel profitably while ensuring quality services, guest satisfaction and operational professionalism

Responsible For: -
  • Ability to lead a cross-skilled team, and coordinate various operational activities across departments
  • Should be focused, and able to understand and cast vision to his/her team members.
  • The OM will be responsible for the profitability of the business
  • The OM should be driven to exceed whatever expectations have been imposed upon them
  • The OM shall also be responsible for managing and developing the Served Apartments/Hotel operating team.
