Responsible For: -
- Ability to lead a cross-skilled team, and coordinate various operational activities across departments
- Should be focused, and able to understand and cast vision to his/her team members.
- The OM will be responsible for the profitability of the business
- The OM should be driven to exceed whatever expectations have been imposed upon them
- The OM shall also be responsible for managing and developing the Served Apartments/Hotel operating team.
