Due to the recent expansions Techno Brain seeks to recruit an excellent BDM for our Managed Services Practise.
Responsibilities of the Role:
- Understanding ITSM solutions thoroughly.
- Should have deep knowledge of ITSM solutions, ITIL Processes, BSM, BYOD, MDM.
- Should have handled ITSM solutions & have deep knowledge of at least one solution like IBM Tivoli, HP Open View, BMC
- Own and drive product target
