Our client, a motor vehicle dealer with distribution networks in the East African region is looking to recruit a National Parts Manager.
Location: Nairobi, Kenya
Position Overview: Reporting to the General Manager, the role will strive to return a satisfactory profit on dealer capital invested in parts inventory.
Responsibilities
A. Staff Utilization
- Hire, train, motivate, counsel, and monitor the performance of all parts department staff.
B. Inventory Control
- Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the service department, body shop & external sales;
- Ensure parts inventory turns annually;
