Our client, a leading manufacturing company of Oil, Fuel, Hydraulic and Air Filters, seeks to recruit a Production Planner to plan, coordinate and control of manufacturing processes and ensure goods and services are produced efficiently and effectively.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Forecasting the requirements of the production both human and material resources needed to achieve the production targets.
- Devising accurate manufacturing methodologies involving engineering economic principles.
- Coordinate and build strong working relations with various internal organizations including; Finance, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Product Development, & Operations.
- Minimizing material handling costs, Throughput Time (TPT) and Work in Process inventory (WIP) by systematic production planning, efficient execution of the plans and designing efficient plant layouts.
