Laboratory and Allied Ltd, a leading pharmaceutical company based in Nairobi Kenya, would like to invite applications from qualified, dynamic, experienced and result driven candidates with proven track records to fill the position of Country Manager, Tanzania.
The position will be based in Dar es Salaam with travels to other major towns within the United Republic of Tanzania.
Qualification and Experience
- Degree in Biological or Physical Sciences, B. Pharm or other related courses
- Sales and Marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry or other related fields with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing/ Sales in a pharmaceutical firm and at least 3 years’ experience in Managerial position.
- Excellent knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and Geography of Tanzania
- Excellent communication skill and ability to develop new markets and sustain existing clients in the markets covered.
- Excellent knowledge in computer applications.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
