Request for Applications: Commission Agent to Collect Blank Media Levy
The Kenya Association of Music Producers (KAMP) and Performers Rights Society of Kenya (PRISK) are mandated by the Copyright Act, Cap 130, Laws of Kenya to collect blank media levy for sound recordings and audio-visual works respectively including CDs, DVDs, MP3/4 players, flash disks, mobile phones, etc.
KAMP and PRISK are seeking to engage a highly motivated, professional and qualified commission agent to handle the collection of the PCR revenue from importers or manufacturers of blank recordable media and recording equipment at the points of first sale or points of entry into Kenya.
