Position: Insurance Officer
Duty Station: Kwale
Main Responsibilities
- Analyze claims and decide whether they are covered by the policies
- Document and report all claims within reasonable time
- Manage Work injury claims
- Generate monthly reports on all claims
- Ensure that all assets are sufficiently covered and maintain a current record of all policies
- Advise on measures to prevent or mitigate losses
- Collaborate with other departments in promoting risk management goals and assessing risk in order to develop practical solutions to problems.
- Assist the appointed investigators/assessors/loss adjusters in their various capacities to verify the circumstances of loss/damage/injury and make their recommendation to the insurance company
