Our client in the Insurance Brokerage Industry is in need of Head of Channel Operations (Insurance)

Reporting To: GM-Finance & Operations
 

Overall Job Purpose: The position is responsible for creating and sustaining new sales and leading the development of channel programs.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve set targets in alignment to the business strategy.
• Facilitate implementation of product delivery
• End to end operations

1. Manage payment and collection of premiums
2. Manage administration of channels claims.
