Our organization is looking to fill the following position to support the implementation of a five year donor funded project on devolution.
Job Title: Senior Technical Advisor
Position Summary: The Senior Technical Advisor (STA) conceptualizes, designs, and coordinates a range of interventions to build the capacity of Kenyan institutions at the county and national level, including but not limited to: the Council of Governors; the County Executives; the County Assemblies, the County Assemblies Forum and diverse governmental and non-state actors.

The STA will also contribute to the drafting and design of Requests for Service (RFSs) for partners and the design and development of in-kind grants to governmental and quasi-governmental organizations, developing synergies and constructive engagement between the partners and Kenya’s devolved institutions.
