Dr. Grumpy: "Any seizures since your last visit?"
Mrs. Thorax: "No, that issue is fine. But my big toe is killing me. A spider bit it this morning."
Dr. Grumpy: "What kind?"
Mrs. Thorax: "I don't know. What do you think?" (whips out tupperware with big ugly spider crawling around in it).
