Our client in the Insurance Brokerage Industry is in need of a Corporate Sales Lead

Reporting To: General Manager - Kava
 

Overall Job Purpose: The position drives and sustains corporate business development and sales.
 

Duties & Responsibilities

• Achieve set corporate sales and targets in alignment to the business strategy
• Business Development - Generate new business and maintain existing portfolio.
• Manage and lead the corporate sales team
• Manage relations with clients and relevant service providers/partners

Key Performance Indicators

• Increase in customer base
• Meeting or exceeding set sales targets.
• A motivated and high performing sales team
• Happy/satisfied customers
• Good relations with the service providers/partners
