Our client, a leading manufacturing company of Oil, Fuel, Hydraulic and Air Filters, seeks to recruit a Tool Room Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the tool room for the organisation including the development, performance and maintenance of the tool room and stock control to produce an efficient system and delivery solution, maximizing performance & profitability against pre-agreed targets and control.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a tooling preventative maintenance program to ensure optimal tooling performance and availability for production
- Ensure tools are maintained and production-ready to support daily production requirements.
- Ensure the Tooling Support Technician team is well-organized and staffed to provide timely response to a down tool and provide tooling preventative maintenance activities.
