Our client, a leading manufacturing company of Oil, Fuel, Hydraulic and Air Filters, seeks to recruit a Tool & Die Maker to work with computer controlled machinery and mechanical equipment to cut, shape, finish tools and forge die casts for creating molds for materials made out of metal, plastic, ceramic and more.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
Our client, a leading manufacturing company of Oil, Fuel, Hydraulic and Air Filters, seeks to recruit a Tool & Die Maker to work with computer controlled machinery and mechanical equipment to cut, shape, finish tools and forge die casts for creating molds for materials made out of metal, plastic, ceramic and more.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Develop and design new tools and dies using computer-aided design software and mechanical instruments.
- Select, measure, mark, cut, shape, trim, file, grind, shim, adjust, fit, cast and assemble blocks and parts to make, repair, or modify dies, jigs, gauges and tools using lathes, milling machines, and grinders.
