Job Profile
- Conduct analyses to determine staffing numbers, skills and needs to meet the organization’s objectives.
- Maintain contacts within the community and institutions of higher learning, to search for promising job applicants.
- Ensure the recruitment process is executed smoothly as per Company policy and applicable legislation.
- Plan, monitor and evaluate the performance of staff against set targets and objectives and implementing development action plans aimed at building the capacity of employees in the Section.
- Adhering to the Budget and the Strategic Corporate Plan
