Key Roles
- Sourcing for funds and lending funds.
- Advising the management on where to source for funds, lend and recover loans
- Developing Micro Finance policies and directing on how to get them implemented.
- Management of micro credit portfolio.
- Supervision of functional managers
- Presenting the microfinance monthly reports t the board of directors.
- Making sure the micro finance continues to exist while growing and making profits and minimizing on losses.
- Managing other branches.
- Making sure the entire workforce is on toes while working hand in hand with the HR manager for the entire organization’s success.
