Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, his/her duties will be to:

- Lead the Procurement and stores team to deliver all planned and agreed department and individual performance targets to ensure that the Procurement department is efficient, effective and value adding to the Organization.
- Ensure development of self as well as all team members through performance management, performance feedback, recommend training and development interventions where appropriate and coach and mentor individuals for growth.
- Provide exemplary external and internal customer service to both external and internal customers by providing required information and advice on procurement issues.
- Periodic review of the Organization’s Procurement policy and procedures to ensure adherence to global procurement best practices.
- Support procurement planning for Organization.
