Duties and Responsibilities:
- In-Patient Care: In collaboration with the rest of the Plastic Surgery Team, including nursing & medical staff, to care for the health care needs of plastic, reconstructive and hand surgery patients presenting to AIC Kijabe Hospital.
- Out-Patient Care: To work closely with the staff of the Surgical Outpatient Clinic (SOPC) & Casualty to ensure quality outpatient treatment and prompt attention to patients requiring admission.
- Quality Improvement: To work with the ‘in-charges’ & staff of all wards and SOPC to continually improve the quality of care delivered to Plastic and Hand surgery patients attending AIC Kijabe Hospital.
