Supplies Officer
Position Function: Ensure effective supply of the required goods and other office supplies to user departments and maintain proper stock records

- Receiving stock
- Reviewing re-order levels
- Preparing weekly stock reports
- Ensuring that stock take is done monthly and annually
- Capturing of goods received notes
- Issuing stocks to user departments
