Senior Procurement Officer

Ref: SPO- 014


Reporting to the Procurement Manager the Senior Procurement Officer will be responsible for:

• Establish an accurate database of all the stocks in the mechanical department store
• Liaise with the central workshop and remote projects’ workshop & plant managers to establish their supply requirements
• Supply required items from central stores
• Liaise with Procurement Manager to purchase required items not in stock from local and international markets
• Track purchases to ensure timely delivery
• Test quality of all deliveries to ensure they meet required standards
• Liaise with Finance department for settlement of suppliers’ invoices
