- Develop, formulate, recommend and coordinate the implementation of policies, guidelines, procedures for Credit Management in the Organization.
- Monitor and evaluate the credit performance and make appropriate recommendations to the CEO.
- Develop, formulate, recommend and coordinate policies, guidelines on Records Management of the Organization.
- Co-ordinate the effective and efficient implementation of the Registry policies, guidelines and standards to comply with requirement of effective and efficient record management.
- Develop, formulate, recommend and coordinate policies, guidelines, procedures for BRANCH operations to ensure efficient and economic operations are delivered to the customers.
- Develop, formulate and coordinate policies, guidelines, procedures for business development strategies that deliver products and services that are innovative, responsive and meet members’ needs and expectations.
