Reporting to the Board of Directors, his/her key duties and responsibilities will include:

Reporting to the Board of Directors, his/her key duties and responsibilities will include:
- To work with the Board to articulate the Board’s role and accountabilities and that of its committees and individual members, and help evaluate performance regularly.
- To work with the Chairman of the Board to enable the Board to fulfil its governance functions.
- To work with the Chairman of the Board, to focus the Board’s attention on long-range strategic issues.
- To Manage the Board’s due diligence process to assure timely attention to core issues.
- To lead the Senior Management Team and all staff to deliver all planned and agreed Organizational and individual (Senior Management Team) performance targets to ensure that the Organization delivers on its annual goals, objectives and all targets.
- To work with the Board to determine the Organization’s vision, mission, values, and shor[- and long term goals.
- To keep the Board fully informed on the condition of the organization and on all the important factors influencing it’s performance.
