Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer

CARE is an International NGO working in Somalia. CARE and its partners work with vulnerable communities to address the underlying causes of poverty and promote peace and development, through its strategic goal to reduce poverty by empowering women, enhancing access to resources and services, and improving governance.
CARE is looking for suitable candidates to fill the positions of Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer based in Garowe, Puntland for the Emergency Program.
Job Summary: Under the overall guidance of the Emergency Coordinator, the Senior Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for designing and implementing the M&E activities within emergency program.
S/he manages the collection and analysis of emergency program monitoring data through conducting site visits, remote support, among other methods.
